The form itself is a variation of New Frame Chen Style, developed by Master Li and used in his public demonstrations.

Chen Style First Road does not include jumps or the sudden movements seen in this animation, although it does utilize spiral energy.

ok, this is gunna sound out of tone with the vid, but i must ask master li, how does a beginner of tai chi and one who is yet to practice in an offical tai chi lessoning with a qualified trainer, how does one defend himself against a kickboxer's shin attacks?, don't ask why, but i must know in order to improve my knowledge of what is yet to be my first and greatest achievment because tai chi is as you know utilizes my inner power to counter and repel attackers
