KG checks in with NBA TV's Game Time crew of Matt Winer, Eric Snow, and Sam Mitchell after a much-needed win against the Pistons last night (Monday, March 15, 2010).

As you know, KG and Sam Mitchell were teammates in their Minnesota days, with Mitchell as KG's mentor.

Celtics improved to 42-24 after the win -- currently 4th in the East -- with 16 games left on the regular season schedule.

  • best player ever you all can suck it!!!!!

  • @Mnight069 Hell, i even remember him getting down on his hands and knees to gaurd the likes of Shawn Marion, Tim Duncan, and Nowitzki, but people seemed to hate when he did it with the Celtics, why? I remember him getting in peoples face like he did with that European PG for the Raptors, but people only noticed it when he did it there. He hasn't changed, only the circumstances have

  • @Mnight069 I am not saying you don't know wat you are talking about, but i have watch him play since he got drafted, i have been to many games, and he has always been the same way. I remember when he slapped Tim Duncan, and whenever we played the Spurs, KG and TD were the exact opposite, KG was doing the same exact antics then that he does now, and he has always argued with the refs the same amount as every player in the NBA.

  • @minvasports he most certainly is NOT the same person. He may be the same "player" in terms of his moves and his stats but he absolutely does not act the same. When he played in Minnesota he would never argue with the refs. Even if he knew he was right he would let it go. And he never used to punch people (Dwight Howard) before he got to Boston. He has changed. I know somebody that worked for the Timberwolves and they got the inside scoop so don't tell me i don't know what im talking about.

  • @Mnight069 No he hasn't changes at all, people just happen to see the games more, and since he is on a winning team , people start to get hate him. I have watched him his entire career, he is the same player now that he was in 1995, he behaves the same way

  • still wearing that cheap cologne lol

  • @d3peeto bro i agree. He's not like he was in Minnesota. Yes, he is KG and i still put him above all else, but he's just not the same anymore. He has changed.

  • @d3peeto if you loved KG in the past you must love him now... If you think that it means that you don't love KG. KG is my favourite player in the NBA and if he play like he can Boston could win every game. Go C'S!

  • im not loving KG so much rite now.. hes changed..

i duno maybe its just me but it feels like the fire is died down a tad.. he talks about injury, timing and effort not being just a button u can press.. the KG i remembered is "ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!"

  • @lakershd exactly he needs to put the armpit on peoples heads. Like he can. I know his knee injury threw him for a loop but he has to go all out.

He is the point of the spear.
