My father and I found this beautiful Studey in a storage container where it sat for over 40 years! She still has the original interior! She was repainted in the 60's and appears to have had the windows replaced. We have since cleaned out her oil pump , re shimmed the babits, and installed new points / condenser . She is running on all eight cylinders and sounds great . We have also gave her 4 new tires and tubes. This beautiful car is very rare to find in this condition as she boast 99% rust free and the super rare hi performance 9 Main Bearing engine with 130 HP! thats a lot for 1930.
Great car, but the wrong name for the time. Unfortunately for Studebaker, rising dictatorships of Germany and Italy in the 30's killed it's popularity.
