To me it does not matter whether ET or local and what you believe. Just look in the sky at night, then look again, then realize we are part of some of the smallest solar systems in the universe much less than even our galaxy. Do you really believe we are the only planet, the only planet with life? If you do then the night sky has never humbled you and you have no chance of ever doing much else than what you do today

we are also not even part of the milky way galaxy, they discovered a few years ago that we are part of a much smaller galaxy that collided with the milky way and got absorbed by it, so we come from a truly small galactic home.

It would be very exciting for this game of war and control over mankind to end and cool things would happen like. Exploring all the endless possabilities . The posative ones that is, Its seems so far we have already experienced the bad ones quite a bit. I still find it hard to believe that advanced races are still in a primal state of mind such as greedy men and kill or manipulate to get what they want. Will we ever be free from the corruption? hope its not like this on every level.
