Yes, you are correct, the Great Salt Lake is...not so great.
That's partly why I offer the apology to my son for him having been born there. Hey, You mentioned "Allied Gardens."

Wow! That's hot flute playing dude. Sounds a lot like that one-legged guy in Jethro Tull, Andy Ianson. Playing the flute is insanely hard. That's how I broke my tooth. I can still whistle though. Hey, I don't see anything great about the salt lake, except that fat people can float real easy 'cause there is a lot of salt in the water.[hence the name]. We drove there all the way from allied gardens a few years ago just to see it and were disappointed. Nobody told us how bad it smelled.

If you had ever visited the Great Salt Lake of Utah, you'd know better than to want a concert there. It used to be the swinging place a few decades ago...but...not any more.
