How To:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your right arm supporting a vertically positioned Olympic bar. Wedge the end of the bar between two weights or against a wall for stability. Raise the bar as you extend your legs, pushing through your heals as you to return to starting position. Repeat and switch sides.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money. The zinc plating gave me pause, but after receiving it, it looks like it will hold up fine. Chrome would have been nicer but it would have been at least
50 more. The welding quality is good, and having collars will mean I won't have to buy any. I am 6' tall and the spacing gives me plenty of room ...
