Death To Life

Jeremy Kenyon Lockyer Corbell is an accidental artist. A number of years ago while traveling in India, Nepal and East Asia, he became severely ill. This is what inspired him to begin making art. Over the course of his travels a misdiagnosed respiratory illness caused him to lose over thirty-five pounds, experience daily fevers, hallucinations and distorted vision. This state of being somehow forced Corbell to look more deeply into the textures, tones, and messages within his surroundings. Due to his altered state, Corbell found greater meaning in the singular moments that passed through his field of vision.
