We used the Blendtec HP3A Blender. I guess we should really state: "It will not blend". What else, the smoothie was apparently done, carrot, orange, apple. At the end there was an apple floating in the orange carrot smoothie. I had to take a tamper wood dowel and push it down towards the blade. As you know, apples float...not suction downward towards the blade...

  • Actually my 12 year old daughter can get it to work much better than you.. no degree required, just a little light instruction and common sense.

  • @mjwoodruff ---I am glad to hear somebody can use it. She is really gifted! She knows her buttons.

    thanks

  • Maybe you should try to learn how to use something before making a video.. 7 freaking cycles.

  • @mjwoodruff , thanks for your kind comment. You are right, I should learn first how to use it... That is the problem. Who has the time? Is it so user friendly that it can be operated without a Masters Degree?

  • Is this a joke? Cut up the fruits!

  • Whole apples float! No blender will blend a floating apple.

I'm with mjwoodruff! Find a 12 year old to help you out.

Or buy a total blender with only 6 presets.

  • @Tritonprince There is nothing wrong with cutting the food but if BT is going to advertise their machine can cut a iphone, a whole can of coke, a bunch of marbles etc, then why can't it cut a @#$@ whole apple?

  • What is wrong with cutting your raw food in half. Use your common sense dude. Both devices are good and both cost the same. I like my Blendtec and have the sense to cut certain items in half. This Blendtec/Vita-Mix war should end. All buy what your heart tells you. I have a seven year warranty on mine from Costco. Great machine.
