CO2, the driver? Are you kidding me? How about the SUN? Does the sun stay the same temperature? If it cools a bit, do you think the earth cools also? If it warms up a bit, do you think the earth also warms up a bit? What is driving the temperature of the earth then?

And to say it is scientifically proven is a joke, since there are 10s of thousands of scientist that don't believe in grobal warming, I mean "climate change" now.

Nevermind all the record low temps over 2 years, its warming!!

Yes and it has been SCIENTIFICALLY proven that THE main geenhouse gas driver of climate change is CO2! (water vapor DOES NOT DRIVE climate - it's a feedback/amplifier).

Your analogy is erroneous. Most of the atmosphere DOES NOT absorb longwave radiation. Nitrogen makes up 78% of the atmosphere and plays no part in the warming.

So, using you analogy, its like 385 people on one side of a rope and 999,615 ants on the other (crudely speaking). And yes methane is stronger but there is way less of it. And BTW raise temperatures beyond around 4oC and many millions of tons of methane will be released - and even you must admit THAT WOULD BE A VERY BAD THING....

you are missing the point. Take this example... imagine 385 people playing tug a war against 999,615. How would win. Which side would win everytime?

Now, CO2 has only 385 parts per million when taking about other all green house gases. It is by far the smallest and least absorbant of all green house gases. Methane is 35-40 times more absorbant.

Wake up, this is a political tool used for their benefit both political, publically and monitarily.
