No comparison between Waldner and Boll. Waldner is so much above under all aspects: career, titles, genius, longevity, etc. Greatest player of all times without contest!

@ttCrawsaive if this is true....i would love to see Waldner again... i just hope he gets fit again...and hopefully loss some weight especially in the belly....i love waldner and seeing him in the 2012 olympics would top all aspirations.....Long Live the Greatest...Waldner

Persson said in an interview that he and waldner will both play there last tournament in 2012 Olympics!!
Waldner is training again, he's still an awesome player said perrson.

Ironically if Boll hadn't hurt his back and lost to Waldner, he would have likely beaten Ryu and then lost to Wang Hao in the finals likely. For the Europeans, Boll beating Schlager the reigning world champ and then losing to Waldner was like the worst case scenario.
