The 8 bit AVR demos look cooler.
more impressive and interesting than the 16 bit Pic demos. If I ever decide to buy one...it would most likely be the 8 bit XGS AVR.

They only look cooler because we had an amazing demo coder write them and he only had the AVR version. Soon he will also get a PIC version and they will be MUCH MUCH better. Where as the AVR version might have a doom like floor and ceiling demo. The PIC will have a FULL doom clone with walls and bad guys.
In otherwards the AVR is at its limit and the PIC has not even started.
