well i hope someone tryss to sue verizon for fasle misleading adevertisement, because my friend doesnt have 3g coverage in the red area, either does his GF or my cousins, all have verizon, but low and behold NO 3G. Atleast i have 3g were att says i do.

Yes, CDMA can't do data + voice at the same time. However, you can if you have Wi-Fi connection
