well i hope someone tryss to sue verizon for fasle misleading adevertisement, because my friend doesnt have 3g coverage in the red area, either does his GF or my cousins, all have verizon, but low and behold NO 3G. Atleast i have 3g were att says i do.

lol how many people do you know that have phones with WiFi on verizon? Maybe some but not everyone has those phones.

Yes, CDMA can't do data + voice at the same time. However, you can if you have Wi-Fi connection
