I had Att mobile service before it was bought by Cingular, then rebranded ATT wireless. Before cingular destroyed it, att was great. Know they have a pieced together network that isn't reliable; many areas in the US operate on the widely outdated Edge network: dial up speeds.

After being with ATT , Cingular, then the new ATT wireless ---- 11 years, I went to Verizon.

I switched to Verizon a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier. I have been with AT&T since it was called Cingular, and I can instantly tell a difference in call quality, and 3G coverage is fantastic and works well. Usually during the day I couldn't hop on AT&T's 3G, it was so slow.
