The references used to create this presentation includes: E-Myth Revisted by Michael E Gerber, Getting Things Done by David Allen, Mind Mapping for Business by Tony Buzan, Results Manager by Gyronix, MindManager 6 Pro by Mindjet, Above & Beyond by 1Soft.
And to finish a reference to a very simple but very valuable business called The Flower Pots Inn. No mobiles, cash and cheques only, beer brewed on site, dog friendly, children outside, no musak, value for money food, a great curry night and a beer festival which attracts thousands of people. The landlord and landlady have a Porsche 911 and a Jeep 4x4. They will be able to sell their business.
It was shot during a Peer Group Learning meeting. This is part of Business Link Hampshire's support for smaller businesses. Andrew Wilcox is a member of PGL and has been for 3 years. He is very grateful to Wendy Funnell and Stan Strangwick for permission to record this video at the meeting.
