  • Gross income defined..blah blah blah. What is INCOME? NOT GROSS INCOME! How in the hell do you know what GROSS INCOME is if you don't know what INCOME is??!!! Gross Ladibable means all Ladibable from whatever source derived. What the hell is Ladibable?

You are SOOOO wrong!! "Compensation for services" is the first thing listed in the definition of "gross income"(Sectipn 61), wages are income. Income tax is not voluntary it is an obligation imposed by law (Section 1). Individual income taxes make up over 43% of the Federal budget.

What do you want next? You are 0-3 in this last exchange.

  • @RetSquid Gross income, gross dividends, gross capital gains, not gross working wages. Wages are an excise tax, it's illegal to tax excise taxes. As I said before, if you want to pay, then that's fine. Paying taxes is voluntary anyway, so I choose not to volunteer a penny of my money to the IRS. I earn my money, so therefore I keep it. If I were running a business, I'd be glad to pay. That's how they run this country, with business money, not working wages. Do you know what happened in 1913?

  • @chelle315

What you refer to yourself as has ZERO effect on the law. "Person" or "individual" of "Grand High Poo-Bah" your income is still taxable.

"Labor wages"= "compensation for services"=gross income(-deductions)=taxable income. Try again, you lose.

  • @RetSquid That's why you pay taxes and I don't. I keep every penny of my money because I provide a service through my labor. Labor wages are not taxable income. Income is basically derived from from businesses. Wages and income are 2 different things. I bet you refer to yourself as a PERSON don't you? You are a person, right?

  • @chelle315

You are pretty much an ignorant worshiper of the child molester Mickey Jackson , huh?

Your ignorance about the law is astounding.
