How to get to the military cache in Fallout 3

Three Dog gives you the key to the military cache after completing his quest. There really isnt anything useful there, but since its in a somewhat tricky spot, it can get hard to find. Here is the exact location.

pc.. :S and its says nothing about it on the controls.. :P

for pc, its the same button you use to look at your pipboy. Instead of pressing that button, hold it down to turn on/off the flashlight.

you should try getting Dogmeat in the scrapyard in my opinion he is the best fighter

Not sure, you probably can't since it requires a key from some-what of an important quest.
