In 1969, I practiced driving on a frozen lake as part of High School driver education in New York state. Now, that sheriff's deputies have figured out how to drive in 2009, when will they be taught how do stuff like solving crimes? Or, are they only good for serving legal notices? Perhaps, in another 50 years you guys might actually have a clue about you are being paid to do?
