A return to prison warrant is issued by Qld Dept Corrections when a person has not complied with (or re-offended during) a period of PAROLE ie received JAIL and was let out on Parole and is still serving that JAIL sentence in the community. If breached, the prisoner goes straight to jail then can re-apply for further parole from there.
