ok, I use the same softwares!!...but how did u make the synch between animation and music?

First you need to upload the sound to your 3ds max. Go to the "Curve Editor" and right click "Sound" and select properties.
Click "Choose Sound" and select the sound you want to upload(it must be *.WAV).
The sound now refers to the frames in 3ds max.Now you can start to animate.
Also you can use the audio float function to animate.

To test the "AudioFloat" create a box(example). Go to "Curve Editor" and under "Objects" click Box01.
Then right click "X Position"(example) -> "Assign Controller" and select "AudioFloat"
Select the sound again using the "Choose Sound" option.
Set the Max range to a greater number than the Min range. Set the "Oversampling" to 300.
Now your box will move in the X direction.
This method is not always good to use, so for some sounds you will have to animate it manually.

If you want to animate the "Extrude" function convert your object
to Editable Poly and then select the "Edit Poly" from the Modifier List.
Many functions will now pop in the Curve Editor.
To animate multiple vertecies or polygons select them and then select "XForm" from the Modifier List.
Animate the "Xform" using the "AudioFloat" function.
