@woohoopopsucks balls. noel gallagher has a good music sense, but albarn got two orchestras, bobby womack, little dragon, rappers like snoop dogg and mos def, lou reed etc on the same album (plastic beach). that's not just good music sense. noel is an amazing songwriter, but it's another thing to be the brains behind a music project of 50 or more musicians.

I was a little young for the whole Blur vs Oasis thing... I like both of them but I think Damon Albarn definitely takes the cake artistically over the Oasis boys. Honestly I never thought it was even a competition. It's kinda like Beatles vs Stones... I like both.. but ARTISTICALLY and CULTURALLY i think the Beatles had a bigger impact. Same thing goes for Blur.
