I have been asked several times how I got this sound. Below is a list of the gear used.

GUITAR: Ibanez "s-series classic"
PICKUP: Seymour Duncun "super distortion"
MULTI EFFECT PEDAL: Boss "GT-3"
AMP: Marshall G100RCD (very inexpensive. I am using it for power only and it does not color the sound. It's not supposed to anyway. I am bypassing the preamp stage)
SPEAKERS: Celestion 75watt. Not the 25watt greenbacks!
MIC: This is important! Audix i-5. Much better than the sm-57 IMHO.
DAW: Sonar 8
DIGITAL AUDIO INTERFACE: Presonus "Firepod"

@Nirvana32058 Sorry no tab :/ I learned this by ear. If you watch the video enough I suppose you could write a tab out? It's not a terribly difficult song. Thanks for checking it out. When I made this I had no idea it would get any interest. Studio is done now and I am close to making more covers.

How did you position your Audix i5? Did you have it directly in the middle of the cone, or did you have it between the middle and the edge? It's hard to see in this video:(
