Rough week. Bad choices. PMS. What can you do?

I couldn't pretend to have this figured out, when I don't.

I apologize for some of the sloppy looking text in this video - I had major rendering difficulties, and ended up transferring the video files to a new comp - which didn't have the same text settings, apparently. Oops!

You can conquer your goals but you have to remember even though we are super hereos and vampires, we are still humans, Leave the bad wekk in the past and focus on this coming new week. U have the tools and I know you can do it :) Keep it going dear.

  • Hey you! I know - one of my bad "habits" is pulling away from people when I'm depressed. Thanks for reminding me that I have people out there to help me through my garbage!

    Thank you, re: pole dancing! I just wish I was good enough that I could do a routine straight through, without having to edit for interestingness and screw-ups - on the other hand, the very last move I did in the video is the FIRST time I've pulled that one off without banging my knee! Yay for progress!

  • I didn't even realize till half way through the week that PMS was the issue - I should have guessed as soon as I started majorly falling apart!
