WHY THE HELL IS ALEX ON FIRE. I MEAN hes the guardian of ICE. thank god thats not on pc.

@SPRLDR they did. the flying shells also work differently as they stabilise automatically when you stop steering
-
@Saestrol pc came first. It is the same as n64, but with dreamcast music.
-
The iPhone/iPod touch release was based on the Dreamcast version, but for some weird reason they removed Globox Village, as well as the auras around Axel and Foutch. The upcoming 3DS version is also confirmed to be based on the Dreamcast one... hopefully they won't make the same mistakes.

this is my favourite level because of the music

Is it me or do you not see a lot of games like this anymore in this gaming generation? Rayman, Soul Reaver, Shadowman, Crash Bandicoot... Just mainly shoot em ups and racing games seem to stand out these days?
The Wisdom says there are only four kinds of Lums, but what about Green Lums and Silver Lums? (Also, that description of Blue Lums doesn't make much sense with how they appear in the game.)

I guess Green could be a sub-type between Red and Purple, but Silver... Not too sure about that one. Though with Blue Lums, all creatures have them. There doesn't seem to be an explanation for why there are Blue Lums floating around underwater though. (Maybe some aquatic life has passed away at those spots?)

Is the Dreamcast version same as the PC version? If so, I HAVE to get a hold of it!!
I've played my psx version till I'm blue in the face. (in fact I'm playing it again these days.)

I'm not sure which of the two came first but the Dreamcast version is the only one to support 16:9
They aren't exactly the same, but they do share a lot in common.

The Dreamcast version did some finishing touches to a lot of elements.
The glowing lava in the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire takes the cake.
