Hi Sally, Try stepping off to the side on the floor or a high box if you are not able to get your foot up on the toe bar. So, one leg is kneeling and the other foot is on the floor even just outside the toe bar.

Great video. I did all except the last exercise. I couldn't get my foot up that high on the bar with one knee on the carriage. I have to lose some weight. I guess I'll have to work up to that one.
