Another classic from the LP, Abbey Road. This was recorded with a direct line in recording from my Denon DP-47F turntable. The record is the 2009 reissue of Abbey Road.

If you would like a song posted from this album or this artist, let me know via PM or comment. If I have it, I'll put priority on it after the other videos that have already been recorded are posted. I'll be glad to take requests. =)

  • I like the sound of your setup. Sounds just like mine did before I packed it all away. My turntable and vinyl have been in storage for almost 2 years now. Hope everythings alright with them yet being in the elements. I miss pulling an album, putting it on and pressing start. Vinyl seems to have IMHO better depth. Thanks for sharing. I will have to check out more of your videos. Keep up the good work whippersnapper.

  • @1957wade Thanks a bunch for the feedback! I agree with you entirely about Vinyl having better depth. I hope you enjoy my other videos. =)

  • @meanlittlemonkey That's what he says. " The record is the 2009 reissue of Abbey Road." Read the description.

  • @KissFanaticForever Wow! I never knew that about Gene Simmons! Very cool!

  • I hate to say it, but your LP is from the 1987 digital reissue. Your denon cart sounds really nice, but you need to get an original Abbey Road.

  • very nice, thanks for sharing. nothing like the LP :)

  • @spintheblackcircle4 it just sounds dry. filtered, cold and unreal there's nothing "real" anymore in it...

most of the artists voices sound the same they don't have personality in their voices... sure there are artists out there who can really sing and have thei own "style" but they're sadly not even half famous as a rihanna or lady gaga or whoever

  • @spintheblackcircle4 lol alright so you're one year yonger then me I'm from 93...

I mean it isn't just the medium that I don't like it's comfortable to mix music on the computer and safe it and it's easy to send the song around the world. I mean I like analog mediums like reel to reel tapes, cassettes and records better anyway... but the most annoying thing is this unreal overcompressed music of today that has no warmth and feelings in it anymore...

  • @Individuell83 Yeah. Very true. Ah record stores. I've been in one my whole life and I wish I could go into one again. iPod? Pffzt. Yes they are very convenient, but I find placing a needle on a big black circle and listening to music in it's finest quality much more amazing. But nowadays, the coolest person in school is the person with the newest iPod and most mp3s on it. I was born in 94. I wish I was born 20 years earlier or so so I could experience records like my dad. =)

  • @spintheblackcircle4 lol great :D I also with I wouldn't be in THIS generation

it would be soo amazing to imagine to go into one of many record shops and buy some great soul records

but these times are over ... sadly :D
