@Nem33 god smack actually didnt rip the name.. Sully explains it in a video. he got the name because some one said that God smacked him in the face for teasing his buddy because his buddy had a cold sore. Then the next day Sully said he had one. Thats what he says anyway.. could be he covering up that he might have ripped the name from the Alice in Chains song Godsmack... maybe.. i dont know Sully does say that Layne Stanly has been an influence... but who cares.. they are bad ass anyway..
