Nice lift, great control, but the ending looks like it can cause severe injury, just my 0.02

i dont think the explosion at the end was entensional it just a part in the squat that your ina position where you can produce alot more force and it happens unentensionally.

these fuckin internet warriors, u can lift a crazyass weight that most of the lifting population cant do but even if the form is a tiny bit off theyll get all over u for that. its like u didnt even move the incredible weight.

well as you can see in my vids I do both, but I prefer from the hang cause that's the acceleration part. I power snatched 242lbs and power cleaned 308 from the hang today actually. I'll post it tommorow

well it's not THAT heavy for the top end part. But honestly, if you want to do squat explosively, do them with elastic bands or do the olympic lifts variations: clean pulls or snatch pulls. You can go on your toes like that without the negative effect on the lower back. Just giving you my opinion. I've tried it and had very little gains from it along with a lower back injury...
