目頭切開術（内田法） Epicanthal Fold Correction (VM-plasty Epicanthoplasty)

目と目の間隔が広く、目が離れているように見える人は、実は目頭部分の皮膚が上が前方に下が後方にかぶさってヒダ状（蒙古ヒダ）になっていることが多く、これを特別なデザ­インで切開します。整容上のメリットとしては
