Indigo's Thought of the Day #2 - Oneness

hello. They call me, Indigo...And this is Indigo's thought of the day.

Today, I was thinking about one of my favorite quotes from Yasutani Roshi...it goes, "The fundamental delusion of humanity is to suppose that I am here and you are out there..."

As I look at society, I see that the idea of us being one, is an idea that is lost on many. most fail to see that we are all one species, let alone one collective consciousness.

yet, it is when we realize that we are all one, that we also realize that, what we do to better ouselves, also betters humanity as a whole.

So, spend some time today finding ways to help make your own life easier and more enjoyable. You will feel better once you do this and humanity, as a whole, will benefit.
