@Abbyviki Yes, and at least OLTL finally addressed what happened to Anna Craig. I don't recall anyone mentioning Anna or her whereabouts for years until Tom told Viki in this clip. But since Tom had only arrived in Llanview a few months earlier, it's a mystery to me how he would've known that Anna left town "several years ago." The aneurysm story seemed like a variation on the "Niki pretending to be Viki" story from a year earlier because Viki had amnesia but pretended she didn't.

Yes, it is. These scenes aired in December of 1986, about three months before the heaven scenes. Eventually, it was determined that Viki's memory loss was caused by an aneurysm and that she needed surgery. While she was on the operating table, there were complications and then she went to heaven.
