Mrs. Sandra Bruesch, math teacher and robotics club advisor at WHS, is retiring in June 2010. In order to celebrate and commemorate her and her sister's (Marilou McSherry) hard work, effort, and dedication (just to name a few), I've decided to put together a "short" little video that compiles members' (both past and present) thank-you remarks.
This video was shot in half a day and edited within another. Originally, I wanted to piece together each and every sentence each member delivered into a logical progression, but that would have taken too much time and I would not have finished the video in order for it to be shown at the banquet. The cut that you see above is the second cut; the original had been shown at the banquet. Here, titles have been added and audio has been tweaked.
You may have noticed that I, personally, am not in this video. That does not mean I do not wish to express my appreciation; my gratitude towards Brueschie and Marilou is endless. If it weren't for them, I would not be sitting here today. I would not have known what to do with my life. But Brueschie and Marilou had instilled an interest in me, which quickly became a passion, for robotics. Your advice and guidance has forever shaped my life and the way I live. For that, I have undoubtedly and forever more grateful. Thank you.
I am a Bruesch!!!
