@teebs29 High school wrestling, you can't slam your opponent. Other than that it's exactly the same as olympic and pro freestyle. Greco roman, you can't use the legs in a takedown. No tripping in Greco Roman.

@iAMcooooooool It can if you're not flexible enough. That's probably the most important part of greco wrestling.

please excuse my lack of knowledge but what is the diffrence between greco roman, freestyle, and high school wrestling? i am a first year high school wrestler and don't really understand.
