Jacqueline helps develop strategies for sustainability firs and then growth. These are developed around current best practices to help decide the best thing for your organization to move forward. Sustainability is always looked at first. Figure out what has been successful to get you where you are today, and what is need to do so those successes are not lost.
She sees that the challenges for nonprofit organizations have remained constant over the years -- raising money, finding sponsors and getting grants. Nonprofits need to view themselves as a business in order to move forward and get the outcomes they are looking for.
