Why you people keep saying why compare this card to that card doesn't matter they are all DX11 and the HD5970 has been tested against the 6970 and the GTX580 and killed them both. The 6970 can't even begin to hang with a 5970

No,LN2 way too overkill for GPU itself. Yes the are some card has that ability but why taking risk? HD5970 best can be compared to a GTX470 or GTX480.

@leonxwerty - Why would he fight with a single 6990? His GTX580 can't even beat the HD5970 and if truth be told probably couldn't even beat a HD5870. We all know the truth about NVIDIA they suck and ATI pawns them every year. The best they can do is set new world records using LN2 because that's the only way they can overclock those sorry excuse of video cards. The HD5970 could hit 1GHz per gpu on air and NVIDIA hits 1.6GHZ on the GTX580 using LN2 now do the math.

Also before you go talking shit on HD5970's remember this the HD5970 smoked the GTX580 in gaming benchmarks and the HD5970 has 3200 stream processors and 512-bit memory bus with a 4040MHz memory clock.
