Maybe only funny to the folks knowing the game. Here the translation, what good ol' jake says:

Hi... my name is Jake and I am a mercenary. Mum used to tell me, that I am not a smart one. But Mr. Jamson told me in boot-camp, I could balance that with enough fire-power.

This is my working-place: the Deftech-Bureaus. I like being here. Everyone respects me and I get along with my colleagues very well. I'm allowed to watch TV and there are also computers - but I can't operate them, because my hands are grown into this cursed weapon. But all that isn't that worse as long as I can go for a walk in the park and enjoy the fresh air.

This is my best friend John. He's a spy. I like John very much. But he's always playing tricks on me; he likes it to scare me with flashlights. My eyes are burning for hours but it's just fun for him. Moreover he farts a lot. And for John is a chain-smoker it sometimes just brings me down.
Yes, John is a nice guy but he don't want me to go for walks. That's why he starts making crap inside the house like looking up forbidden internet-sites, stealing from the company or playing with fire sometimes. That can really hurt you bad. For this reason I turf him out often. And when he still doesn't cooperate, I break his arm. But later on he gives me a hug and everything is fine.

Yes, that's the life here at deftech. When you drop out of school don't worry - you're still able to become a mercenary like me.
