Let's face it, most of our work habits were developed before email, faxing, voice mail and the internet- they are simply out dated and not in step with the speed, volume & complexity of today's workplace. No matter how organized we are we cannot catch up, or even keep up, with the overwhelming amount of information, tasks and requests coming at us.
