Profolds Gift Card System is a compact and economical card finishing system that has been designed specifically for todays high-quality and high-resolution Drop-on-Demand (DOD) printers. Our GCS-2000 provides several advantages over other comparable systems; we have engineered our transport table utilizing practical engineering and assembly guidelines to reduce jitter and vibration. This patented transport allows the DOD print head to be placed very close to the belt surface. Having the print head closer to the printing surface give our system superior print quality. The GCS-2000 also includes Profolds magnetic encoder, our high speed, high accuracy labeler and camera verification systems providing throughputs up to 30,000 cards per hour. Some of Profolds options include in-line Flexographic printing of scratch off labels, Data Encryption Security devices, Barcode Grading Systems, Card Affixing Stations, Reject Systems, Sorting Systems and Anti-Counterfeiting printing methods.
