This film is from 1985, the song is from 1999. Its soundtrack is not bad, but thanks for sharing your video and attaching this beautiful song to it.

"A slow, dark, romantic, sappy song" - well described. I wish the makers of this film had included it on its soundtrack. David Sylvian's voice and interpretation are second to none, so ethereal and sublime.
