Lakefield Oval is the biggest failure of a government project i've ever got to actually grow up and see happen. Its look just as shitty since the day the started as how it looks today. Lakefield Oval is an 11m $ massive waste of money space and time. Like honestly whos going to go up there other than stoners, alcoholics and other really cool people like that!?

i think that this is a misplaced idea. it would be a great addition to the speed skating society in ontario, and it does look well planned out. but why not in ottawa, or in southern ontario? that way they could at least have a base of skaters.

That seems pretty weak.
No wonder Canada didn't win any gold medals last time they hosted..or the time before that...
