  • Ok first off as a chef of 12 years some of the things this woman is saying a true and some are well in the lack of a better term "CRAP". although forged is good Japanese steal like Damascus Steel is far better, but it's also about the edge of the knife people not only the metal the knife is made out of. and a good knife can run you up to $400 dollars but it will last a life time, you can give it to your grand children, knifes like Shun, Global, Henkel, are all fine choices

  • some global knives are stamped, just because it's stamped doesnt mean it sucks.

  • Buy knives you need, not knife sets. Another great vid.

  • It almost doesn't matter what you say because you are so hot, but what you say is right on.
