I got a heel hang on my first attempt. Without shoes, and on an aerial hoop. It doesn't hurt my legs at all, but good lord my heels.

When I was younger I used to do this EASILY. Can still do it. Never knew that was parkour.

last time i did those well just to try to hang i slowly droped my arms down because i was holdin the bar to not fall and as soon as i was in ur position i always get a faceplant any tips
