James Delingpole doesn't do science - he's "an interpreter of interpretations".

@sixtiksix Some cancers have been cured? You obviously missed the point of the analogy
-
@sixtiksix Can you name some of these cancers that have been cured?

It's cool how the old guy is trying to skewer the skinny dude.....overt agenda....sad really...and I agree, consensus of medical treatment as an analogy....totally flawed...because on the one hand some cancers have been cured...on the other...the future results of man's effect on climate has not been determined...it only serves to betray the liberal thought process....man = cancer....good luck

Stop calling him a skeptic. I hate how that word can be used by contrarians like it justifies their unfounded positions.

Peer to peer....FACEPALM MY HEAD OFF!!!!!!!

@etbadaboum Sounds like a textbook libertarian to me.

For a libertarian, Delingpole is stubborn and not really what I call open-minded, countering every argument with hyberbolic references to Nazis.
-
He is a vile excuse for a human being. He published online someone's name, address and phone number because he wrote a polite letter to an MP about climate change. Disgusting, despicable, social-climbing scumbag.

There is no "consensus" - only a consensus of those scientists who have motives for pushing this scare - the others are ostracised or ignored. The financial incentives for AGW pushers, are infinitely higher than anything some "think tanks" may receive from "Big Oil". It's the pushers who have the cash and a sympathetic, socialist BBC, to spread their scare. Follow the money folks - scientists are no more ethical than judges, lawyers or doctors, as Climategate has shown. Wise up.
Delingpole has all the credibility of a sports fan ranting about a team he doesn't like.
