great work. i'm learning a lot from your videos. u mention something very important: how did you get as court date without posting bail? I'm in solano county and here, when you miss the date you signed on the ticket, they will suspend your drivers license,add a failure to appear and send your case to colection and won't give you a court date unless you post bail. they also lie to you saying u can't see the judge and that the only option is to pay if u want to get your drivers license back.

@franky1pro1...... I was told once that i had to pay to see the judge. I got the clerks name down and asked for her supervisor. I told the supervisor that I was going to file a claim for damages of denying me access to the court if they didnt file my stuff. It got filed.

Im in Federal Court right now suing them for !5 million dollars. False arrest, False imprisonment, assault and battery, Fraud, conspiracy against rights under color of law, Racketeering , Retaliation for petitioning, Intentional infliction of emotional distress, intentional destruction of private property, use of excessive force,. We about to hit the discovery phase and now they are crying, because i asked to see a warrant, verfied complaint, competent fact witnesses, law license, etc.
