  • Thanks for the comments. Yes, I do three sets of bi's then 3 sets of tri's and keep alternating. This isn't the whole workout, just wanted to get something out there.

    I do stand against the column to help isolate the bi's. Supposed to keep me from using my back in the motion. Makes it a bit tougher to do, but I feel the bi's alot more.

  • Great job Tanner. What's your thoughts on the best exercises to do to really bring up the bicep peak? Also, what do you do for forearms?
