This little piece of Styrofoam just started moving around on the living room floor. Most logical explanation is combination of air conditioner and ceiling fan caused just the right current. However, have never seen it do this before and once it stopped never started again and air flow remained the same. I love how towards the end of the video it stands upright for a few seconds and then begins it's dance all over again.
