No. Making jokes would be saying "I don't blame him, if i lived in Scotland it'd drive me to murder, too."
That's a joke.
What he was doing was definitely a lot milder than that, and it didn't involve the boy
-
The apology would have been fine, had he not said 'grow up, folks'. Now he just looks spiteful!
-
@Ticklytinker Are you kidding me? He was making jokes about the murder of a teenage boy on national television. He didn't even have the decency to make a sincere and humble apology to the family, but rather used that time to criticize the public. This has nothing to do with people being over sensitive
-
Matthew Wright is just a spastic you'll have to forgive his retarded behaviour he can't help it he was born that way.
-
Pardon?
How is that bad?!
People need to stop being so easily wound up and realise that there's more to life than strolling through it, being constantly offended.
Offense is taken. Not given.
-
his laugh just makes you want to kick his face.
-
@SilentSlumber3 trust me if it was your friend you would have been offended
-
@adamc356 its not that he didnt say his name its the fact that he made a joke about the murder its self and thats whats truly offensive

Scotland + Murder = Taggart impression. Always.
Seems wholly inappropriate to bring up a murder on a news review panel that is meant to be for light entertainment purposes which makes it even more inconsiderate and insensitive to the people who knew Liam. The fact that they are making light of this and of where this happened on national television is an absolute disgrace and then not being man enough to geniunely admit their misjudgement shows up Matthew Wright and friends for what they really are. A bunch of complete cunts.

Honestly I have never before seen such a slimy, rat eyed, weasel face,d dumbo eared, lanky streak of putrid piss in my life.
Even its apology is toxic.
