  • I love animals too, but some are best left to live in their own natural environment..I hate to see a dog tied up let alone an animal in a cage..its not right! If you love animals of exotic natures, then maybe your living in the wrong country in order to enjoy their presence.....let them be so that they don't end up getting killed just because the human thought it would be cool to have one as a pet!!! If you love them....leave them alone!

  • Double Wow!! Very good...

  • Thank you to the film-makers who are spending so much time working to expose the absolutely out-of-control exotic "pet" catastrophe that has hit the United States. I am hopeful this is the beginning of the end and we somehow get this under control. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and my little boy's heart as well.

  • I saw this film at the Traverse City Michigan Film Festival last week. It was powerful, emotional, educating and beautifully edited. The message in this documentary demonstrates what happens when we become selfish and ignore the welfare of these magnificent animals. I highly recommend this film. Kudos to the film makers and all those who took part in the creating of The Elephant in the Living Room. Kudos also to Outreach for Animals and The Humane Society for their involvement with this film.

  • I am 45 years old and from the time I was 7 or 8 years old I wanted a pet Python or a pet Boa Constrictor. Having the opportunity to see the film "The Elephant in the Living Room" in Dayton, Ohip a couple of weeks ago I believe I will stick to hammie, my pet dog and leave the snakes and other exotic animals to the wild where they belong. It was a great film, a real eye opener! Thanks Tim.

  • Saw this at the schuster in Dayton I HIGHLY recommend seeing it, possibly the best documentary I've ever seen.

  • Looks very amazing, can't wait to see it at the Cleveland International Film Festival in March!

  • I don't know who is crazier- the guy with the lion- or the one who goes in and yanks the snakes out of your house.
