Subhan'Allah! A mentally challenged haafidh

The following is a clip of a brother who is mentally challenged and is even not able to put his shirt back if he takes it off, but look and listen how he is able to continue any words that he hears from the Quraan!

They ask him about the name of the surah and number of the surah and how many of this statement is mentioned in the Quraan, and they gave him among the hardest verses to recall and remember since there are several ones in the Quraan and one might get confused between them.

It is amazing how he is not able to answer the questions he is asked properly but the minute he hears a verse or a part of a verse as if you hit the play button in his mind and he starts reciting.

إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ.

Surely We have revealed the Reminder and We will most surely be its guardian.

[Soorah Al-Hijr, v:9]

إن الله يرفع بهذا القرآن أقواما ويضع به آخرين

'Indeed Allah raises people by this Qur'an and He lowers others by it.'

SubhanAllah. The Quran nothing is like it coz NOTHing is like the ONE who sent it down. I was once sick, I could speak properly but when I picked up the mushaf(Quran) I read alhamdulilah without any difficulty and the pain would ease. I know also another little sister who was dying but when she reads the Quran she sounded like she was the most healthiest in the world and her voice was something amazing. May Allah make us those who act upon it too. amin
