@THEFINALHAZARD I am not a 100% certain but I think they are for the release of the waste gas from the Liquid Nitrogen , Helium and Oxygen that are used to power the superconductor Electromagnets.

@OTRFalcon they havent finished construction yet....What they are doing is removing the rails and replacing them with maglev routes.
