  • People obsess over operable cuffs. I spent $3400 on an Armani suit off the peg - no operable cuffs. But then you see brands like Ted Baker or West End with operable cuffs. I don't see why people fuss over it, it's not like you're ever going to open them anyway.

  • The woman at 4:06 looks a bit like Stephen Fry...

  • @tartin69 Hey Mart, thanks for the suggestion, I listened to it and Im afraid it wasn't the same song...the song I was looking for starts at 10:15, goes on for a bit and includes the saxaphone bit aswell...

any other suggestions would be great :-) thanks

  • @kjaym04 Hi,its called "THE ROBOTS" BY kRAFTWERK,I THINK THE ALBUM IS CALLED "man machine",Regards Mart.

  • Robert DeGrimston of the Process Church of the Final Judgement at 12:42 . . .

  • @jovantheun1337 I've noticed that some suit sleeves have three working and then the bottom one has the buttonhole sewn but not cut through so you could take the sleeve apart and alter the length. However, if you lengthen it, you have the problem of the buttons being too high up the sleeve (unless you put more buttons on which again is not on). There's still too much fiddling about to be worth it. I say, have the sleeves set for working but do not cut the holes. Then, there is choice at least.

  • @CharlieHuang Yeah. I wish they'd stop doing that and just leave the sleeves basted and ready to be altered with eight buttons in a bag. That would leave the cost, and the decision of if you even want working sleeves, to you. If one wants, they can simply sew on the buttons which is a lot less expensive than creating buttonholes.

  • @jovantheun1337 Indeed. Manufacturers are obsessed with working cuffs for OTR suits which is silly as you say, many required the sleeve to be altered and you can't alter sleeves with holes in them. You either reject the suit or buy it and look like you've got freakishly long arms or like the suit is too big for you.

  • Re: working sleeve buttonholes at 4:45 -- having them already working can actually be a deal breaker if you need the sleeves taken in or out, which most men actually do whether they know it or not.

  • does anyone know the song in the background between 10:15 - 10:50?

    thanks :-)
