Bald Knob, Scenic Hike,Pembrook / Giles County, Virginia VA near Blacksburg . This magnificent scenic view is proceeded by a 25 minute up hill hike or jog using the vehicle size, gravel road. The alternative is a narrow hiking trail or path through the woods. You could ride a horse or mountain bike if you wanted to, but its great for slow walks. This is not a difficult hiking trail and most anyone could do it if you take your time. Of course this location begins at the landmark Mt. Lake Hotel Resort, which offers a host of other activities such as canoing and fishing....or getting married!

I worked at the hotel/conservancy as rec manager back in 95-96, cool to see the hike on youtube! when I was there they still had a lake!!!
